Diabetic Medical | Vision Savings Plan

As a Diabetic Medical member, you’ll save 20% to 60% on eyeglasses, contact lenses and other retail eyewear items. You can use your Program identification card at any local participating optical service provider from our nationwide network of more than 13,000 eye care professionals.

There is no limit to the number of times you may take advantage of your discount during the year, and even optometric exam fees are reduced at some locations.

Eyeglasses
All frames, lenses, and specialty items such as tint, scratch-resistant coatings, and ultraviolet protection are available at reduced prices for Program members.

Replacement Contact Lenses
You can save 10% to 40% by ordering your replacement contact lenses by mail (you must have a valid doctor’s contact lens prescription). Most major brands of soft contact lenses are available, including disposable, torics, bifocals, and gas permeable lenses. Most orders are received in 7 to 14 days. To receive a quote on your replacement contact lenses, just call your consumer helper.

Low Price Guarantee
If you find a lower price anywhere else on the exact same pair of prescription eyeglasses purchased at a participating location within 30 days, the difference will be cheerfully refunded.
