Diabetic Medical | Accident Plan

As an association member, you and your family receive a limited accident medical and accidental death and dismemberment insurance which will pay for medical and/or dental expenses resulting from a covered accident.

No one knows when an unfortunate accident may occur. That’s why your plan includes an invaluable insurance benefit to give you piece of mind should you get injured.

This program includes a cash benefit if death occurs as a result of covered accident.
The program also includes reimbursement for medical expenses incurred by covered member as a result of a covered accident.

A provision for a specified lump sum pay out is also included in the plan should a covered member suffer a covered dismemberment as a result of a covered accident.
The actual limits of the policy are specified in the certificate of insurance received with your fulfillment kit.
